As you might have guessed, von has no phone... she hopes to get it back before the end of term, but she might not, in which case, she'll miss her alarm clock and her calendar. *sigh* von also almost lost her metronome, but apparently (thankfully), people don't value metronomes as well as phones. that and the music department is safer than my blazer pocket.
school's almost over! ooooooooooover... and next week, might go to blockbuster to rent movies on cheapo tuesday. hmm..

hmmm... new angels. you'd never guess who i got. it seems i'm doomed to get people who will recognise my handwriting. oh well. i'll try to keep it a surprise - which means i really don't have a wide range of things to do. i guess it's chocolates and notes, which will be fun. expensive, but fun. maybe for the last week, i'll bake cookies and stuff. hrmmm...
went out to lunch yesterday (mum's not too happy, should probably not go to lunch so many times in a row from now on, even if i am free and have nothing to do. or else, should probably get a lift with someone and bus home with tim like normal. *sigh*)... but yesterday was fun. got paid out mercilessly by everyone in my car! what is this?! and then someone offered for me to send james home. thanks, dear, i appreciate it. really. so got paid out some more!
had to send dot and dan to school today. crazy crazy rush. i'm sorry you were late, dot, but i don't think you'll v-out by being 2 minutes late. anyway, you could always grovel and suck up to the teacher like george does. :P works every time.
so many things to do!!! so little time... no assessment, so all the randomest little things start popping up. reminder to von to bring BLACK CLOTHES to school for battle of blazers skit tomorrow. radford and grammar people - come to BoB! it'll be fun! and money goes to australian conservation foundation! very good cause...
*yawns* i wish i didn't have school. then i wouldn't have to be up and about and have things to do. then i could sleep in for once. mmm... sleeeep.

Happy Birthday, my darling Nay!!! :D lucky you with your photo collage on the tv screen in common room...
woke up early-ish today considering I didn't need to go to school, opened door and was greeted by a very happy, excited Lynn - "you're 17!!! Happy birthday!". then she cooked me yummy apple pancakes - "it was supposed to be breakfast in bed. you're not supposed to be awake yet!" and then Meera came with yummily awesome blueberry muffins *yummm...* (from woolworths - Lynn has this thing against coles) and darrell lea chocolates *extra yum*. We had breakfast and ran out of milk and drinking chocolate so we had to substitute with powder skim milk and milo... breakfast ran overtime so Lynn had to call Aunty Dore Chee to come pick her and Meera up for school. Thank you, Lynn and Meera, that was my most awesome birthday breakfast ever. And so yummy too! You two can too cook!
then bussed to woden after loading dishwasher and trying to get "my" car to start - dad unplugged the battery and now it's low. *sigh*. got in line to get my P's and had to wait forever. but finally got it just in time to catch the bus to radford.
got to reception and tried calling Nay 21047189576031 times. no answer. turns out someone left their mobile in their dad's car. :P haha, Nay, no matter how well we plan things, something always doesn't work. told reception lady (she had a radford top!) that we were having a meeting to discuss house and for me to meet radford chaplains, well at least i did meet them. and nicolai (sp?) wants our SUIS to come to their ICF camp! *me and nay = excited*
then met heaps of Nay's friends and also saw Nate, Cheuk and Luke and saw Claire Reynolds again for the first time in ever. had heaps of fun, Nay, thanks for showing me around (and announcing to everyone that it was my birthday too and that my car broke down...). sorry for making you miss lunch and thanks for the muffin! was yummy!
saw battle of the bands poster and was so tempted to write "this time it's personal" (our slogan thingo) on it, but then didn't. :P
then bussed home and here i am. with a piano lesson in an hour *groans* |

i feel like i haven't smiled in days, except i know i have - does smiling include manic laughter with claire about jumping off the top of L block and turning into mrs t (who apparently used to stay up as late as us... ohdearohdearohdear)? also have to smile outside of library (it's go to school, go to library, go to test, go to library, go home, study, go to library, go to test... you get the picture), because otherwise juniors might get freaked out...
testing sucks and i wanna sleep and cry at the same time... mostly out of frustration and caged-ness. i want out! I DON'T WANT A UAI! leave me alone! rah rah rah!
don't mind me... i'm ok. a bit stressed and tired of school. will go and write some more in some foreign language which really shouldn't be that foreign.
tim - this is for you - you better appreciate it, but how can you, really? it's just full of insane babble and a glimpse into the crazy world of von that seems to appear after too much assessment... |
