I'm feeling quite accomplished at the moment. Even though it's 10am and I haven't written a word (ok, I've written 2 paragraphs of verbal spew, but somehow I don't think that counts as writing) of my French essay. Due Tomorrow. But I'm still quite proud.
I got the boy UP, cheerful, breath smelling lovely (actually, I didn't check that. Should have. Guh.), fed, singing God songs, speaking French and not horribly late for school (a minute! A minute's not that late...) all in under 30 minutes. Me! Von! Night owl. Can't get up in the mornings. That Von. With 4 hours of sleep and questionable sanity due to 63 of indoor confinement. I'm Super!Mum! Except I'm not a mum at all.
And the sad thing is, I want to do this for the rest of my life. *headdesk* Back to French where the world makes sense which doesn't involve procreating at 18.Labels: daniel, french, life, mommy |
