trödeln :: to waste time
moderation day today!!! :D yay! even though the novelty has worn out since i've had them since year 7. oh well. day off school's still good. now i'm hanging in there for canberra day. not too long now. not too long...
woke up really late - 10:30 or so. which is latest i've woken up since the start of the term. oh for holidays and sleep ins... *sigh* why do i do chinese school again? oh yeah... because i want to learn. :
anyway, walked down to the shops with dot at about quarter to 12 and met lynn there (who was LATE :P). bought chicken drumsticks for $2 and came back home and cooked awesome pasta with white sauce (and peas and corn). and just as we sat down to eat lunch and pray, tim arrived. just in time for lunch. :P lynn couldn't finish her lunch, so i did the mum thing and finished it for her.
then we wrapped meera and nate's presents and lynn made cards for them with minimum input from tim & i. tim spent the entire time looking through my music library and commenting on the songs there. oh well... both of them were polite and told me my crappy writing looked as good as lynn's. yeah sure. oh well. :D
then they left. and i practised piano for a bit and had a little cat nap, which turned into a little bit longer cat nap. and then had piano lesson. then had dinner and started on homework and preparation for test tomorrow.
today was fun. yep. |
