be like your 'rents and read the paper over breakfast. aim to read at least one newspaper (check out an online version like www.theaustralian.news.com.au) a day to make sure you're up to date.

von's routine in the morning:
wakes up :: realises she has 5 mins before the bus comes :: washes up :: chucks on uniform and ties hair up :: runs out of house shouting a bye to dad and dan :: arrives at bus stop with minutes to spare
OR
wakes up late :: groans because she's missed the bus :: takes time doing the usual morning stuff :: rolls eyes at daniel being silly :: runs through bag to check that she's got everything :: grabs a muesli bar :: runs out door before dad drives away
again, i say... what breakfast?!
exercise to try: feel the burn *von groans*
forty-five minutes of exercise, three days a week, is ideal for burning fat and toning all over. swimming, running, joggin, cycling, rowing and dance will do it
