this week i will
train myself to opt for healthy alternatives to junk food. visit a health food shopget moving and get outdoorslearn to love and look after my beautiful bodyexercise to try: walk it, baby try to walk as much as you can - it's the best exercise you can do to tone your legs and bum and it costs next to nothing. monday it's the first day of reinventing your body on the inside (health) and out (beauty). you'll be amazed at how different you'll soon feel! health: time to cut down your junk food intake to once or twice a week - starting from today. once you get used to it, it'll become part of your routine. beauty: get rid of unwanted beauty products. any makeup that smells funny, has changed colour, dried out, expired, cracked or hasn't been used in six months must go. aww... does that mean i have to chuck out that purple nail polish that's separated? : ah well... i can always get NEW COLOURS!!! and no more junk food on weekdays. i can do that... can't i? |
