versprechen - to promise
this has been a term of promises... elections are coming up and the statements are coming in... all sorts of promises are made... and it's freaking me out cos next year will be my last year. Our grade will be the ones with all the captains in it and we'll be in charge of things.
did you know the Germans call Genesis 1 Moses??? I was looking up "birthright" for my German oral... and so i go to Genesis and i type in Genesis and it shows up the top as "1 Mose"... yes... biblegateway.com... bookmarked on my home computer
weekend was good-ish... didn't get to say hi to lynn *scowls* or anyone else for that matter, on Sunday... at least i saw most yf-ers on Sat. night.
semi-productiveness happening here... attempting to write french oral...
last night was house... NONE of you radford/grammar boys came... NONE! out of *counts* 5! ah well... it was still good... AND i got two dinners cos when i came home at 9:30, dad was like "did you eat dinner???" and i was like "duh" and dad was like "oh well... guess you won't be wanting this then" and waves noodles under my nose (not literally, but i can exaggerate, can't i?) and i went "ooh ooh!" and ate the noodles too... *so tired now* |
